Create rules for Weembox to reply to emails automatically based on your custom logic.
- Select the mailbox to apply the rule.
- Define General Conditions clearly:
- Company description
- Typical inquiries
- Key team members or services
- Click Add Reply Case and follow the step-by-step wizard:
- Step 1: Activation Condition
- Example: «When an email asks about the status of an order.»
- Step 2: Action
- Example: «Check our system and reply with current order status.»
- Step 3: Optional Modules
- Calendar: Let users pick available slots.
- eCommerce: Check order status by number.
- Step 4: Examples
- Paste sample emails and suggested responses. This trains the AI for better results.
- Exclusions: Add sender addresses that should never receive automatic replies.
- Activation and Auto Mode:
- Use the toggle to activate.
- Enable Send Automatically if you trust the AI’s responses.
You can:
- Edit each reply case to change triggers, actions or modules.
- Delete a reply case with confirmation:Do you want to delete this auto-reply case? This cannot be undone.
