Use this feature to configure automatic vacation replies for each mailbox.
- Click New Out of Office Rule.
- Choose the mailbox and define:
- Start and end dates
- Time zone
- Message content (can include variables like name or dates)
- Toggle Active to enable the rule.
The system will:
- Check each sender to avoid duplicate replies.
- Stop responses when the end date is reached.
You can edit or delete any Out of Office rule. Deletion includes confirmation:
